Description

To serve as a focal point for the Vice President, Senior, and/or Line and Staff Managers on ISQI and Global Net Service Level 8GNSL issues by providing communications to personnel through reports, e-mails, and the telephone. Coordinates service initiatives by working with Corporate, Regional, and District personnel on ISQI/GNSL issues._x000D_

Serves as a focal point for primary communication to International Operations personnel on ISQI/GNSL issues. Coordinates activities associated with ISQI/GNSL such as: GNSL training, addressing GNSL issues, conference calls and related meetings, preparation of necessary presentations, and coordination of meetings. Provides the Managing Director, Country, and/or Senior Manager an effective measurement of the efforts of the ISQ/GNSL initiatives through analysis and interpretation of upward communication. Acts as a catalyst between International Operations and key supporting departments to eliminate service barriers by researching and developing recommendations on service related issues. Provides appropriate periodic reports (RDL/WDL) to management for use in identifying service improvement opportunities. Provides recommendations on GNSL systematic issues designed to improve the measurement of service performance. Conducts GNSL training at the District level and provides the necessary technical support.

Bachelor's degree/equivalent or two years professional experience utilizing standardized quality procedures. Knowledge of FedEx field operations. Ability to conduct workshops and make group presentation. Good analytical, organizational, human relations, and communications skills. Fluency in English required.
