What you will be doing:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning and Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering training programs related to financial, cultural, and technical processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating effective training materials and facilitating engaging learning experiences that enhance operational performance and support organizational goals.
Key responsibilities will include collaborating with various stakeholders to assess training needs, developing tailored training solutions, and leading interactive sessions that cater to diverse audiences. The successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to different learning styles, and maintain a positive and professional attitude in all aspects of training delivery.
This candidate will be passionate about fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement, with proven expertise in developing training content that resonates with learners while driving operational excellence. Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally will be crucial for success in this role.
Key activities:
• Responsible for leading projects from concept through implementation.
• Responsible for facilitating sessions as per the requirement.
• Responsible for balancing stakeholder requirements and strategic objectives within quality, time, and budget constraints and for managing associated risks.
• Responsible for gathering and documenting project schedule, project benefits, and strategic importance of projects.
• Activities include but are not limited to developing project schedule, project communication, allocating resources (internal & external).
• Coordinate subject area and technical specialist to implement stakeholder requirements.
• Act as the single point of contact.
• Regularly report project status to program managers, senior management and/or the sponsor and stakeholders. May manage relationships with external contractors, developers.
• Role might require to have occasional Domestic Travel based on business need
What do you bring with you:
The ideal candidate would demonstrate:
• Years of Experience: Yr of exp – 5-10
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience with Adobe Captivate or another eLearning authoring tool
• Experience in conducting business or statistical analysis and leading medium to low complexity projects
• Strong background in communications, organizational change management, training, or a related area
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to communicate at all employee levels effectively (verbally and in writing)
• Experience in Organizational Change Management
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Proficient in problem-solving, organization, creativity, grammar, and writing
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Experience in System implementation and Transitions.
• QDM Expert Certification or 6sigma of equivalent will be a plus
