District Sales Manager

Are you a high-velocity sales leader with a "boots-on-the-ground" mastery of the UAE Express market?
We are looking for a District Sales Manager to lead our field sales strategy and drive commercial excellence across the UAE. In this critical role, you will be the primary architect of revenue growth, bridging the gap between local market opportunities and global business objectives. You will leverage your deep expertise in the express and freight forwarding industry to ensure our sales operations are not just competitive, but market-leading.
What You Will Do:
- Market Leadership: Demonstrate a profound understanding of the UAE Express and Logistics market to identify and capture emerging business opportunities.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a core team of 11 sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture that consistently exceeds targets.
- Strategic Oversight: Examine every layer of the sales funnel, from local ground-level prospecting to high-level executive reporting and pipeline management.
- Operational Synergy: Utilize your knowledge of freight forwarding to offer comprehensive solutions to clients, ensuring FedEx remains their end-to-end logistics partner.
- Business Acumen: Apply strong commercial insights to manage budgets, forecast revenue, and navigate the complexities of international trade.
- Collaborative Culture: Build seamless cross-functional relationships with Operations and Customer Experience teams to ensure the "FedEx promise" is delivered to every client.
What You Will Bring:
- Experience: 3–5 years of proven success in a Sales Leadership role, preferably within the Express or Logistics industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the UAE’s unique commercial landscape and freight forwarding requirements.
- Leadership: A track record of managing diverse teams and driving professional development within a sales force.
- Communication: Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to represent FedEx at the executive level.
- National Talent: In support of the UAE’s national agenda, preference will be given to qualified UAE Nationals. We are committed to developing national talent in alignment with the Nafis program.
