Manager Finance Center of Excellence, Accounting & Controls
Base location: Warsaw/ Krakow/Katowice
Key Responsibilities:
- lead a team of RTR accountants, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of assigned accounting processes
- oversee accounting operations across multiple countries and markets served by the Poland Center of Excellence
- provide technical expertise and strategic advice to senior and executive management
- analyze, interpret, and apply complex financial information to support optimal business decisions
- drive strategic planning and future-oriented initiatives within the accounting function
- lead high-impact cross-functional projects and initiatives and the design of process improvements, systems development, or the implementation of best practices within area of expertise
- influence and support project teams to achieve the best business outcomes.
What do you bring with you:
- minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in Finance, with a strong focus on Accounting processes,
- at least 5 years of experience in a managerial role,
- experience in SSC, SHS, COE, or BPO environments will be an asset
- master's degree in Finance with relevant accounting certifications/training or ACCA, CA, CMA, CPA, CS, or a similar qualification
- excellent English skills - at a minimum B2/C1 level, both spoken and written, Italian will be an asset
- analytical skills – ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and prepare reports and recommendations
- leadership skills: talent development, performance management, inspiring and building employee engagement
- strong communication and social skills and ability to present to a wide audience confidently
- excellent analytical skills and with ability to explain to non-finance audiences (business storytelling)
- proven experience in complex cross-functional programs and projects
- ability to partner with both business and technical subject matter experts to ensure standardization and execution of Finance policies and processes
