General Summary
The Manager, Finance will be responsible for finance and accounting functions. This position will provide primary support to include profitability analysis, cost analysis, working capital management, post-implementation analysis, and capital project analysis.

- Manages at least 4 full time exempt direct reports. Management responsibilities include, but are not limited to hiring, coaching, skills development, recognition and rewards, staff productivity and performance management to include disciplinary actions up to and including termination.
- Plans, organizes, staffs, directs and controls the day-to-day operations of the department; develops and implements policies and programs as necessary.
- Develops and manages the department budget, ensures compliance and addresses variances and other budget concerns.
- Manages annual planning, monthly forecasting, weekly forecast updates with emphasis on variance analysis.
- Focus on balance sheet management.
- Anticipates and plans for resource requirements to support business development efforts
- Manages financial and operational performance analysis ensuring concise explanations, observations and/or recommendations to leadership are completed on a timely basis.
- Responsible for the execution of financial and management reporting, including the oversight of the month end close process to ensure adherence to generally accepted accounting principles.
- Perform financial analysis and pricing guidance for customer contract renewals.
- Establishing, implementing and effective monitoring of both internal financial controls and controls designed to safeguard company and customer assets and data.
- Identifies, tracks, and reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for multiple levels of the organization.
- Communicates status and strategies with leadership, peers and individual contributors in and outside of the Finance group.
- Educates and informs leaders regarding the financial impacts of customer and operations oriented decisions.
- Monitoring and reporting on profitability of key customers on a regular basis.
- Takes on special projects as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred and 8 years of relevant experience. Masters of Business Administration (MBA) preferred.
- In lieu of degree, high school diploma or GED and 10 years of relevant experience.
- 1 - 3 years of supervisory experience required, to include managing projects/processes.
- Span of control is at department level or above.
- Experience with financial system, e.g. Oracle, Hyperion, etc.
- Computer literacy at high level to include Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- Strong team leadership and management skills leading financial professionals.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Must have effective conflict resolution skills with ability to lead work efforts to a win-win environment.
- Must be a team player, able to work closely with cross-functional groups.
- Must be able to travel throughout the assigned region as business or customer needs dictate.

Pay Range: 92828.00 (Min) - 176135.00 (Max) Yearly
