Description

1. Program Governance & Cadence: Develop and maintain Program governance framework and cadence with clear roles and responsibilities; Develop measures to evaluate success of departmental objectives.
2. Program Execution: Align the deliverables and outputs of individual projects; Identify workable processes, standards and best practices for how teams should manage projects; Monitor the progress and budget usage to ensure milestones are being met across various programs, highlight risk and critical issues where applicable.
3. Reporting and Program Documentation: Conduct data analysis and report on program performance; Provide comprehensive view of all projects to the Sponsors; Work with project teams to ensure documentation, supporting materials, and project plans are updated and readily available for internal teams and senior leaders.
4. Program Post-implementation: Define and measure program success; Set up, coordinate a clear feedback structure and platform; Identify opportunities for continual improvement.
5. Cross-workgroup coordination: Manage communications with all stakeholders; Check dependencies and the interfaces between projects; Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure resources are allocated effectively.

What you will do

You will be a great fit if you

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business management, Marketing, Finance/Economics, Engineering or related analytical fields. MBA preferred Experience: 6-8 years’ experience in project/program management or in a similar capacity.
  • Experience in a multi-national company and in working with different cultures and countries.
  • Strong numerate acumen, strong project management skills. A good understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
