Manager Revenue Science and Analytics
Description
Manages, creates, evaluates and supports revenue forecasts, measurements and customer programs. Analyzes competitive landscapes and strategic business opportunities. Analyzes and forecasts business demands, develops business plans, and supports operational planning.
Requirements:
Master’s degree in business, mathematics, economics, computer science or other quantitative fields such as engineering/operations research plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or 3 years of work experience in one of the above fields or other quantitative fields, in an analytical, quantitative, or technical role. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, mathematics, economics, computer science or other quantitative fields such as engineering/operations research plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or 5 years of work experience in one of the above fields or other quantitative fields, in an analytical, quantitative or technical role in lieu of a Master's degree plus 3 years of experience. Must have experience with the following: IT Agile framework SDLC; reporting and measurements through MS Power BI, Tableau, Spotfire; Certified Scrum Product Owner; ilog rules engine. Must have 4 years of experience obtained through work or education with the following skills: computer aided decision support (utilize computer languages or packages to analyze data and generate reports, presentations or insights in one of the above fields), SAS or SQL, UNIX or any fourth generation programming language, Strong human relations, communications, and analytical skills; Project management experience; International, air freight, pricing or package transportation industry experience. A related advanced degree may offset the experience requirements. Position allows for telecommuting from home within commuting distance of Memphis, TN. Supervises 6 employees. Employer will accept one (1) year of directly related experience in lieu of one (1) year of education.
