Job Summary:

This position manages and leads a team of professionals in support of the FedEx sales force and corporate initiatives through the Highspot Platform. Responsibilities include developing professionals strategic planning, analysis, process/project management development, sales enablement content strategy, management, and education, while creating an effective organization to empower Sales with informationeducation, and support, to increase revenue and reduce selling complexity.

Job Specific Information:

The Information Design: Content team within Sales Enablement plays a critical role in equipping our Sales teams with the content they need to drive performance and deliver value to our customers. As the Manager, Solutions (Sales Enablement – Highspot Platform & Content), you will lead the strategy, governance, and day-to-day operations of our Highspot instance.

This role is responsible for managing the relationship with Highspot as a strategic vendor, setting the content and platform strategy, and ensuring the platform is optimized to support our evolving business needs. You will work closely with Global Sales Enablement and other cross-functional partners to ensure content (more than 20,000 global assets) is well designed, organized, up-to-date, and aligned with Sales needs.

You will also lead efforts to drive adoption, improve the user experience, and ensure that Highspot continues to be a high-impact tool for our Sales teams. This is a highly collaborative role that requires a mix of strategic thinking, technical savvy, content expertise, operational excellence, and strong stakeholder engagement.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop talent within the direct report and extended team.
  • Manage all aspects of the global Highspot platform implementation and integration.
  • Develop and drive the content strategy and management approach for the global Highspot Platform, while collaborating with key global and local stakeholders.
  • Expand platform scalability through a globalized approach for content development, management, and publication.
  • Improve content “findability” based on user engagement, consumption and feedback combined with a robust content and meta-data management approach.
  • Deep knowledge of the Highspot platform capabilities or an aptitude to quickly come up to speed with the platform.

Abilities/Knowledge/Skills Considered a Plus:

  • Hands-on experience managing or administering Highspot or similar sales enablement/content platforms.
  • Strong understanding of sales enablement principles, content lifecycle management, and the FedEx Sales organization
  • Experience managing vendor relationships, including contract oversight and roadmap alignment.
  • Familiarity with content governance models, taxonomy, and tagging best practices.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across functions, especially with Sales, Solutions, Marketing, and IT
  • Strong project management skills, including experience leading platform enhancements, rollouts, and training.
  • Ability to use analytics and data to inform platform improvements and content strategy.
  • Excellent communication skills and a track record of driving adoption and change management.
  • Experience supporting global teams and scaling tools across regions.
  • Experience leading projects and teams.
  • Education or experience in information management, library and information science (LIS), information consulting, and/or user experience design

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree/equivalent. 
  • Five (5) years professional business experience in project management, sales, education, communications, or quantitative analysis. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements.
  • Proven leadership experience.
  • Strong human relations, negotiating and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent analytical, process/project management skills.
  • Ability to innovate and produce high quality results on a consistent basis.

Domicile:

  • The preferred location for this position will be at our FedEx World Headquarters in Memphis, TN with hybrid work mode and may require frequent presence in the office.
  • Other possible locations include Plano, TX; Miami, FL; and Pittsburgh, PA, with hybrid work mode and may require frequent presence in the office.

Minimum Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree/equivalent.

Minimum Experience:

  • Five (5) years professional business experience in project management, sales, education, communications, or quantitative analysis. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements.

Preferred Qualifications: This position may be eligible for relocation. 

Pay Transparency:   

Pay: $9,719.96/month - $13,121.94/month
