The Opportunity: Manager Special Services

Are you ready to lead a critical region and shape the future of special services for FedEx? We're seeking an exceptional leader to oversee our operations across Dubai, Saudi, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Egypt. This is a high-impact role demanding a strategic mind and a passion for driving growth.

In this pivotal position, you will:

  • Lead and inspire a large, diverse team of professionals across multiple dynamic markets.
  • Drive aggressive growth through strategic customer acquisition, new business development, robust retention strategies, and significant market share expansion.
  • Architect sophisticated solutions in a highly complex and demanding environment, leveraging your expertise to create unparalleled value.

Who we are looking for:

We're seeking a visionary leader with a proven track record of success and solutions focus.

Minimum Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Minimum Experience:

  • Five (5) or more years of progressive leadership experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Deep industry expertise in Air Freight/Logistics is essential.

Desired Skills & Abilities:

  • A strategic mindset with an intense focus on crafting innovative business solutions.
  • Exceptional ability to influence, persuade, negotiate, and make critical decisions that drive results.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging diverse stakeholders.
  • A strong network and comfort in collaborating with various airlines.
  • Demonstrated expertise in effective vendor management.
  • Experience with time-critical and Healthcare verticals is a significant advantage.
  • Dangerous Goods certification is highly desirable.

Please note: Preference will be given to UAE Nationals for this role.
