The Manager, TA Strategy is responsible for setting organizational strategy of Talent Acquisition (TA). This role designs strategy and directs the activities to ensure alignment to the business priorities and to achieve business results. This role leads a team of advisors and analysts to manage programs, consult with the business, recommend and execute solutions that drive talent acquisition and performance results. Additionally, this role is focused on planning support resources across multiple talent acquisition functions, and creating, communicating, and implementing strategies that align to the organization’s business objectives.

Essential Functions

  • Provide direction, strategy, and oversight on company-wide talent acquisition initiatives and programs.
  • Define strategic plans / approaches by consulting with business partners, and responsible for reporting activities and results to those partners.
  • Manage ownership of programs, advisement of solutions, identification of timelines, project management, and deliverables of solutions.
  • Lead team to develop and maintain TA metrics that drive business decisions and identifies training results.
  • Responsible for program implementation including planning, logistics, communications, rollout processes, facilitation, and follow-up.
  • Consult executives and business partners and / or leaders of intact work teams to understand needs and develop effective solutions to meet those; anticipate needs and actively seek feedback on partnership, performance, and effectiveness of TA solutions.
  • Provide leadership, effective solutions, coaching and mentoring while working in a collaborative environment with business partners.
  • Assess ad hoc TA requests and identify if a recruiting solution is necessary.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure service level agreements are being met.
  • Partner with TA team on new solutions and technology needs and assist in implementation and project management of new products.
  • All other duties as assigned.

This role will oversee vendor management strategy across the organization, driving vendor performance and optimizing sourcing strategies. This role will support the development of VMO processes, data driven insights, and enterprise-wide vendor governance to improve service, reduce risk and maximize value.

Preferred skills:

  • Experience working in an established VMO, or closely with Managed Service Providers (MSP) & Vendor Management Systems (VMS)
  • Experience collaborating with leadership to establish policies, tools, and frameworks for effective VMO operations and governance
  • Collaboration with stakeholders across multiple lines of business to drive vendor accountability and support enterprise goals
  • Experience overseeing and supporting vendor relationship management, processes management, reporting and risk mitigation practices

Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Minimum Experience

Five 5 years of HR, Talent Acquisition, or leadership experience

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

Experience with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Must be able to work with employees and management across all levels including outside vendors.

Ability to Influence and persuade others to buy into goals or actions.

Ability to organize concepts or ideas in a logical manner and communicate them clearly and concisely.

Strong leadership, problem solving, time management, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay: FEC_E28 U.S. Pay Range: $8,007.29/month - $14,413.11/month Colorado Pay Range: $8,007.29/month - $13,812.57/month New York Pay Range: $8,452.14/month - $14,413.11/month New York City Pay Range: $10,231.53/month - $14,413.11/month
