What you will do:
Responsible for leading worldwide sales initiatives, including enterprise regional sales management, team coaching, and goal setting to achieve revenue targets. This role oversees sales calls, ensures effective customer relationship management, monitors competition, and collaborates across functions to capitalize on business opportunities and drive organizational growth.
Key Responsibility:
- Lead enterprise regional sales efforts to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
- Coach and mentor the sales team to enhance skills in prospecting, negotiation, and closing.
- Manage sales calls and meetings to build relationships and drive revenue generation.
- Set and track sales goals aligned with revenue and yield management objectives.
- Coordinate with other functions to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Maintain robust customer relationship management practices to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust strategies and maintain competitiveness.
- Drive cross-functional alignment on sales strategies and execution to maximize outcomes.
You will be a great fit if you:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in business, transportation, logistics or related field
- Have five (5) years of freight forwarder Sales experience
