What you will do:
- Designing and implementing pricing strategies for Ecommerce business. Pricing analytic and strategize pricing development and implementation in line with company growth objectives. Plans and organizes own work and project progress on weekly/monthly basis.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough research on market trends, competitor pricing, and customer preferences to inform pricing decisions and strategies.
- Pricing Strategy Development: Develop and implement pricing strategies that align with the company's overall business goals, considering factors like cost, demand, and competitive positioning.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools to analyze sales data, customer behavior, and pricing performance to make data-driven recommendations.
- Dynamic Pricing: Implement and manage dynamic pricing strategies that adjust prices based on real-time market conditions, inventory levels, and other relevant factors.
- Profit Margin Management: Ensure pricing strategies optimize profit margins while remaining competitive in the market and appealing to customers.
- Price Testing: Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to assess the impact of different pricing models and strategies on sales and profitability.
- Cost Analysis: Monitor and analyze cost structures to ensure pricing covers costs and achieves desired profit margins.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as marketing, sales, and finance to align pricing strategies with broader business objectives and campaigns.
- Pricing Tools and Software: Implement and manage pricing tools and software to automate pricing processes, track pricing changes, and analyze pricing effectiveness.
- Customer Communication: Develop strategies for communicating pricing changes to customers in a way that maintains their trust and minimizes negative impact.
You will be a great fit if you:
- 5 years of experience in marketing, quantitative business analysis, or a related field.
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills
- Effective judgment and decision-making abilities
- Proven leadership, influencing, and persuasive skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, VBA, Macros, and SQL
- Experience with PowerBI is a plus
