What you will be doing:
Develop a profound understanding of our Revenue & Cost structure, competitive landscape and network capabilities in support of delivering more effective commercial activities.
Formulate strategy to maximise network revenue to address specific business questions across functions, regions and business partners.
Value proposition management & strategy development in conjunction with other marketing groups
Determine and review appropriate KPIs to coordinate business and financial performance reviews and discuss new lane level opportunities.
Guide and support sales by bringing a holistic view of interactions and engagements with customers as well as analysing the key drivers to results.
Conduct regular research and analysis of competitive and market landscape
Supporting or leading projects by applying area of expertise.
What do you bring with you:
The ideal candidate would demonstrate:
Curiosity and team player attitude.
Expertise in Data Analysis Tools: Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms (such as SAS, Alteryx, Databricks, SQL, Excel) and data visualization tools (such as Tableau, Power BI) to analyse and present data.
Experience with query languages (such as SQL, Hive, R, Python, etc.) is a benefit.
Very good planning and organisational skills.
Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data sets, identify patterns, and provide actionable insights that drive Revenue growth, customer engagement and marketing effectiveness.
Reporting: Excellent skills in creating clear, concise reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with the ability to interact effectively throughout various functional groups and hierarchical levels
Ability to work under pressure/make quick and sound decisions
Excellent knowledge of English is a must (working language).
Revenue Management and/or Logistics experience is a benefit.
