About the Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic Marketing Analyst to join our Pricing and Commercial team at the Mascot Head Office for a fixed-term contract through to June 2028. In this critical role, you will be the driving force behind our Business as Usual (BAU) pricing activities, conducting in-depth analysis to support both regional and local management. You will play a key part in developing marketing strategies, identifying revenue opportunities, and ensuring we meet our revenue plans.

If you are a tech-savvy problem solver who thrives in an independent environment and learns new concepts at lightning speed, this is the perfect opportunity to take ownership of your work and drive market share growth.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Commercial Success: Support BAU activities by managing new business pricing requests and ensuring alignment with our revenue plans.

Strategic Analysis: Conduct and support analysis for marketing strategy studies, feasibility studies, new products/services, market analysis, and flight scheduling to uncover growth opportunities.

Champion the Customer: Act as the Voice of Customer to measure business performance effectively and enhance the overall customer experience.

Go-To-Market Execution: Lead and support Go-To-Market programmes and initiatives designed to accelerate market share growth.

Project Management: Manage the development and execution of strategic projects, tracking progress and providing comprehensive updates to key stakeholders.

Data Reporting: Research, analyse, and synthesise large datasets to develop clear, actionable management reports.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will be a self-motivated, proactive professional who thrives with high autonomy. You demonstrate rapid learning agility and possess the technical proficiency to translate complex datasets into compelling, executive-ready business insights.

Minimum Education:

• Diploma in Marketing, Business Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Key Skills & Experience:

Tech-Savvy & Analytical: You are a quick thinker with strong analytical abilities. You possess basic to intermediate knowledge of Power BI and advanced knowledge of spreadsheets, databases (like SQL), and large dataset handling.

Independent & Confident: Highly autonomous with a proactive mindset; you are comfortable managing projects independently and don't require hand-holding.

Commercial Acumen: Strong business acumen with an eye for marketing campaign optimisation and innovative thinking.

Communication: Proficiency in data storytelling with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams, external partners, and senior stakeholders.

Desirable Advantage: Work experience in end-to-end market research processes, including advanced skills in Research Design and Execution.

Core Competencies: Exceptional accuracy, attention to detail, strong numerical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
