Acts as a technical expert on complex and specialist subject(s). Supports management with the analysis, interpretation and application of complex information, contributing to the achievement of divisional and corporate goals. Supports or leads projects by applying area of expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
- Work closely with development, data engineering, and product teams to translate business needs into functional specifications.
- Drive automation, transformation, and optimization initiatives to enhance business processes.
- Conduct feasibility studies and impact analysis for new and existing projects.
- Create detailed business cases, process flows, wireframes, and user stories to facilitate solution development.
- Act as a liaison between business units, IT, and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for project evaluation.
- Support data-driven decision-making by analyzing and visualizing business trends.
- Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- Document project updates, risks, and dependencies to ensure stakeholders are well-informed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably handling multiple projects.
- Strong understanding of both business and technical aspects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with data engineering, cloud technologies, and automation tools.
- Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Ability to create process diagrams, wireframes, and functional specifications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex concepts.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Exposure to machine learning, AI, or automation projects.
- Knowledge of Python, APIs, and scripting for process optimization.
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile methodologies.
