Essential Functions
Healthcare industry experience, knowledgeable in market and customer expectations, solutions and requirements (pharma segment preferred)
Strong knowledge and experience in strategy, segment marketing and solution development, with requirement for experience in the healthcare industry
Experience managing and/or leading teams to deliver quantifiable business results
Very strong business acumen (i.e. global pharma market and competitive knowledge) and ability to analyze data, synthesize data, and make it easy for the target audience to understand. Knowledge of FedEx processes and systems a plus
Excellent communication and story-telling skills - verbally, in written form, and adept at keeping the team’s informed and up to date
Experience developing strategic roadmaps and execution plans, based upon customer segment and market requirements
Creative in making content and status information available to leadership in intuitive self-serving ways.
Has a broad network of FedEx or industry contacts and experience as a goal-driven collaborator.
Demonstrated knowledge and performance of the project development discipline.
Knowledgeable of and experience utilizing QDM techniques in all work efforts.
Solid understanding of healthcare market, pharma segment and customer requirements, considered a plus.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business, finance, marketing or other directly related discipline.
Minimum Experience
Five (5) years directly related experience in planning and analyses.
More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements. A related Master’s Degree equals two (2) years experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Demonstrated computer skills.
Strong basic management, human relations, communication and analytical skills.

Additional Details: This position will be hybrid in Memphis, TN and candidates must live within a 50 mile radius. This position is hybrid, meaning employees will be required to work at a FedEx Campus location several times per week.
