This position is eligible for remote work and may be located anywhere within the United States excluding AK, HI and U.S. territories, however if you live within the 50 miles radius of a campus you will be required to work at a FedEx campus location several times per week.
The Opportunity
Join the Commercial organization shaping how FedEx Dataworks brings innovative supply chain intelligence solutions to market. As Marketing Principal – Growth, you will be a senior marketer responsible for helping drive product commercialization and customer adoption across the Dataworks portfolio.
Your Mission
The Marketing Principal, Product Marketing & Promotions is responsible for executing product marketing initiatives and leading the planning, development, and execution of promotional programs that accelerate customer adoption and commercial success across the FedEx Dataworks portfolio. This role translates established product positioning and messaging into compelling customer-facing marketing assets and sales enablement content while also developing promotions and incentives aligned to the customer lifecycle. The role also measures and optimizes performance to maximize business impact. Success requires strong commercial acumen, a keen understanding of audience-centric marketing, exceptional execution, and close partnership with Product Management, Business Development, Finance, and Legal.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain customer-facing product marketing and sales enablement assets, translating approved product positioning and messaging into compelling content tailored to priority industries, customer segments, buyer personas, and partner audiences. Assets may include datasheets, solution briefs, presentations, FAQs, case studies, launch kits, sales training materials, and other commercialization content supporting new product launches.
- Ensure all product marketing collateral remains current with evolving product capabilities, roadmap enhancements, and market positioning.
- Build, execute, and optimize a Dataworks promotions program aligned to the customer sales cycle, including customer offers, incentives, pilot programs, seasonal campaigns, and adoption initiatives.
- Develop promotional calendars, governance processes, execution plans, and success metrics aligned with commercial objectives.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Product Management, and Legal to develop commercially viable offers while ensuring pricing and policy compliance.
- Equip Business Development and Sales teams with the resources needed to effectively position and sell Dataworks solutions.
- Support recurring reporting on commercialization, pipeline, and marketing performance, and establish scalable processes and best practices for product marketing, promotions management, and commercial readiness.
Who You Are
- You have progressive experience in senior B2B marketing roles, ideally in data, logistics, supply chain, or enterprise SaaS.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing motions, with an appreciation for creating a cohesive narrative across customer touchpoints and channels.
- Experience translating product positioning into compelling customer-facing product marketing and sales enablement assets that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation, buyer personas, and customer-centric marketing.
- Experience developing and executing promotional or incentive programs that drive customer acquisition, adoption, and revenue growth.
- You thrive in a startup-style environment with evolving priorities and the ability to balance planning with hands-on execution.
- Self-directed and comfortable working independently while maintaining alignment across multiple stakeholders.
- Highly collaborative with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify concepts for diverse audiences.
- Comfortable leveraging AI-powered tools to improve content development and productivity.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree/equivalent in Marketing, Finance, Computer Science or related business discipline.
Minimum Experience
You have 7–12 years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, with significant time in a senior or lead capacity — ideally in data, logistics, supply chain, or enterprise SaaS.

Pay: US Pay Range: $127,981 - $173,000

In New Jersey, any compensable Security and Walk time will be paid to non-exempt/hourly employees at the state minimum wage.
