We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Marketing team as a Marketing Specialist - PAID SEARCH ADVERTISING SPECIALIST

What you will be doing:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid search advertising campaigns for FedEx in Europe across Google, Bing and other search platforms to increase brand visibility, drive traffic to fedex.com and generate leads.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.) to ensure efficient budget use.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for campaign improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with broader business objectives and ensure cohesive integration with SEO, display, and social strategies.
  • Manage external media agencies, ensuring they deliver on key performance targets and in line with our objectives
  • Review agency reports and provide feedback on strategy, performance, and areas for optimization
  • Continuously test and refine ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
  • Provide regular performance reports to stakeholders and recommend actionable insights.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and best practices in paid search marketing.


What do you bring with you:

  • 3+ years of experience in paid search advertising (PPC)
  • Proven track record of managing multi-country paid search campaigns achieving high ROI.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, and other related tools.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably in an international setting.
  • Fluent in English. Strong written and verbal communication skills
