MD Customer Service
Description
Plans, organizes, directs, and controls a group of customer service centers, plus other groups and activities within a widespread geographic area.
Essential Functions
- Assures resolution of service oriented issues and assures customers satisfaction in general.
- Ensures timely and cost effective accomplishment of regional, department and corporate goals and objectives while generating and enhancing incremental revenue for the corporation.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree/equivalent.
Minimum Experience
Significant customer experience and proven ability to interact with sales, legal, marketing, and revenue.
Experience in managing large budgets, long-range planning, group productivity analyses and manpower scheduling.
More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements. A related Master’s Degree equals two (2) years experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge and experience with communications systems.
Strong management, human relations, analytical and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications: The successful candidate will have 5 years experience leading a Customer Experience department, presenting to executive level and the use of technology in the customer experience work to deliver solutions.

Additional Details: This position is a hybrid position in either Collierville, TN or Plano, TX. Candidates must live within a 50 mile radius and will be required to work at a FedEx Campus location several times per week.
