General Job Description
1. Track and monitor the service level of Logistics & Supply Chain customers, Ancillary Services and Customized Transport Customers.
2. Develop, Design and Implement solutions and prices for new and current Logistics & Supply Chain customers and for Ancillary Service activities and Customized transport customers. Support the sales team and relationship with customers.
3. Monitor the main productivity and cost indicators of the operation, and develop innovation actions for continuous improvement
4. Billing Logistics & Supply Chain customers and Ancillary Service activities for Transport customers. It is also responsible for analyzing and validating discounts.
5. Prepare reports and documents for business development, such as: Guess, CPC, Opex, Capex, RMC and other Committees.
6. Validate the qualification and payments of the main suppliers of Logistics & Supply Chain
7. Train, Define, standardize, elaborate S.O.W. and Ensure the quality of Logistics & Supply Chain operations, Ancillary Services and Customized Transport customers. Ensure all conformity of operations in accordance with Internal Audit contracts and processes.
8. Manage the Logistics & Supply Chain Loss & Damage budget, providing information for accounting provisioning and control of debit notes.
9. Work together with the IT area to develop the PI Plan and strategies for improving the Logistics & Supply Chain business, Ancillary Services and Customized Transport Clients.
10. Develop, Analyze and validate Contract Drafts with Logistics & Supply Chain clients and suppliers, Ancillary Services and Customized Transport clients.
Principal responsibilities are those most important or most frequently performed duties. The incumbent will perform other duties as required.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum Education:
• Bachelor’s degree / Equivalent in Administration, Economics, Engineering or Logistics & Supply Chain. MBA in relationship areas such as Marketing, Finance or Projects strongly preferred.
Minimum Experience:
• Ten (10) years of professional experience in team and operations management, project and price development, and customer relations.
Minimum Required Skills:
- Knowledge of long-term planning, budget and group productivity.
- Strong management and communication skills.
- Excellent planning, organization and analysis skills.
- Verbal and written fluency in English and Portuguese preferred.
