Description
POSITION OVERVIEW:  
Leads the management and maintenance of cloud infrastructure to ensure reliable, secure and high-performing platforms that support enterprise operations
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.    Oversee provisioning, configuration and ongoing maintenance of cloud infrastructure resources to ensure stability and performance 
2.    Lead patching, upgrades and monitoring activities to maintain secure and up-to-date environments 
3.    Manage cloud incident response and resolution processes to minimize downtime and ensure service continuity 
4.    Implement operational standards, monitoring frameworks and automation for cloud environments to improve efficiency and reliability 
5.    Partner with security and engineering teams to align cloud operational practices with compliance and resilience requirements 
6.    Manage, lead, and develop a team of high-performing cloud operations professionals fostering capability growth and continuous improvement 
7.    Perform other duties as assigned 
8.    Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures 
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
⦁    Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, and/or equivalent formal training 
⦁    Five (5) years of experience in in cloud infrastructure operations or systems administration 
⦁    Proven expertise in provisioning, monitoring, and maintaining enterprise cloud environments 
⦁    Strong knowledge of patching, incident response, and performance monitoring practices 
⦁    Familiarity with site reliability engineering (SRE) principles and uptime management in large-scale environments 
⦁    Strong operational management skills to maintain secure and resilient cloud infrastructure 
⦁    Analytical problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve system performance issues quickly 
⦁    Effective leadership skills to guide teams in high-pressure operational environments  
JOB CONDITIONS:
⦁    Some travel required

Pay Transparency: The compensation listed reflects the pay range/rate of pay reasonably expected for this position. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, pay information represents the min/max range for all levels. Actual pay is determined by job-related factors permitted by law, such as relevant experience. Pay: Pay Range: $116,600.00 - $204,050.00 per year
