Mgr CTV Linehaul
Description
This is an interview position
To plan, organize, staff, direct and control CTV Linehaul Operations and IPFS PUD in a way that provides maximum service to our internal and external customers while maintaining a safe and cost effective operation. To work with internal operations, stations and departments to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Bachelor's degree/equivalent.
Four (4) years business experience.
Two (2) years related experience in the transportation industry preferred.
Must possess a valid drivers's license and a good driving record. Valid A-Z license (class 1) preferred.
Must currently be a member of FedEx management or be LEAP/EXCEL endorsed.
Ability to lift 70 Lbs. and to manoeuver any package weighing up to 150 Lbs. with appropriate equipment or assistance from another person.
Strong basic management, Human Relations and Communication skills.
Demonstrated basic level proficiency in PC computer applications including MS Office (Basic Word , Basic Excel and Basic PowerPoint)
