Superviser, coordonner et contrôler les opérations de transport de ligne CTV et le service de distribution IPFS afin d'offrir un service optimal à nos clients internes et externes, tout en garantissant une exploitation sûre et rentable. Il travaillera en collaboration avec les équipes opérationnelles internes, les stations et les services pour assurer une satisfaction client exceptionnelle.
To plan, organize, staff, direct and control CTV Linehaul Operations and IPFS PUD in a way that provides maximum service to our internal and external customers while maintaining a safe and cost-effective operation. To work with internal operations, stations and departments to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.
CONNAISSANCES, COMPÉTENCES, APTITUDES
Diplôme universitaire de premier cycle ou l'équivalent
Quatre (4) ans d'expérience dans le monde des affaires.
Préférence accordée à deux (2) ans d'expérience en logistique et transport ou dans un secteur de services connexe.
Vous devez posséder un permis de conduire valide et un bon dossier de conduite. Un permis de conduire de classe 1 (A-Z) valide est préférable.
Pouvoir soulever des charges de 70 lb et manœuvrer, avec l'aide d'un appareil approprié, des colis pesant jusqu'à 150 lb.
Solides compétences de base en gestion, relations humaines et communication.
Avoir fait ses preuves dans l'utilisation de MS Office (Basic Word, Basic Excel and Basic PowerPoint)
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Bachelor's degree/equivalent.
Four (4) years business experience.
Two (2) years related experience in the transportation industry preferred.
Must possess a valid drivers's license and a good driving record. Valid A-Z license (class 1) preferred.
Ability to lift 70 Lbs. and to manoeuver any package weighing up to 150 Lbs. with appropriate equipment or assistance from another person.
Strong basic management, Human Relations and Communication skills.
Demonstrated basic level proficiency in PC computer applications including MS Office (Basic Word, Basic Excel and Basic PowerPoint)
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
