This is an interview position
To plan, organize, direct and control Dispatch Operations to ensure maximum on-road efficiency and effectiveness of Ground Operations in the respective Regions, while ensuring customer satisfaction.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
Four (4) years business experience
Two (2) years experience in transportation & logistics or a related service industry
Basic knowledge of city geography and traffic flow preferred
Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Knowledge of FedEx field operations, systems, policies and procedures
Analytical skills
Basic management skills
Good human relations skills
Must currently be a member of FedEx management or EXCEL/LEAP endorsed
Some travel required
