Job Summary: Responsible for execution of Enterprise Business Agility (EBA) Enterprise Portfolio Management (EPM) forums, including prioritization, trade-off decisions, mitigating risks and injection of new demand. 

 

Essential Functions 

  • This position is responsible for the strategy, development, and implementation of the DRIVE Operating Model frameworks supporting Demand Management and Governance, Capacity and Resource Management, Agile Budgeting, Initiative Costing, and Lean Portfolio Management. Must possess the ability to collaborate with peers, partners, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and monitor progress of Enterprise implementation. Close collaboration with the DRIVE TO, Finance, Enterprise Architecture, Portfolio Execution Offices, and Portfolio Execution Leadership is required.   
  • Previous management experience is preferred. Some travel required. 
  • Support development and implementation of operating model/common lean portfolio management frameworks (enterprise and common) 
  • Engage and collaborate with all levels of the enterprise (Executives, Senior Leadership, Portfolio leadership, Portfolio Execution Office and Portfolio Review Teams and other stakeholders) in adoption and execution the DRIVE Operating Model including enterprise portfolio activities and business agility transformation   
  • Plan and facilitate enterprise alignment forums 
  • Ongoing collaboration across the Enterprise Portfolio Management organization to ensure framework enablement through tooling, analytics, demand management and governance

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Demonstrated experience in leading corporate initiatives (Program / Portfolio / Project Management) 
  • Knowledge and in-depth experience in an agile environment using SAFe and Lean Portfolio Management  
  • Experience in process design/engineering and workflows 
  • Experience leading and implementing large, enterprise-scale change initiatives 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills necessary to explain and present complex information to all levels 
  • Ability to collaborate with and influence stakeholders across the enterprise 
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to understand the larger company strategy 
  • Strong system thinking to support starting with the end in mind 
  • Ability to change priorities and respond to changing business objectives. 
  • High degree of independent leadership. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills 
  • Change management experience is required 

 

Domicile Information:  

This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need. 

Minimum Education

Bachelors Degree/equivalent required.

Minimum Experience

Five (5) years work experience in areas including, but not limited to: project management, quantitative analysis, forecasting, process improvement, or market/competitive analysis.

Pay: $116,639.52 - $157,463.28 / year
