This is an interview position.


Provide oversight to the development, implementation and application of people policies and/or programs to ensure a productive, highly motivated and engaged workforce which renders unions unnecessary, utilizing knowledge and involvement in all areas in Human Resources and Canada Labour and Human Rights legislation. Contributes both as a subject matter expert as the ER manager as well as provides HR oversight as a member of the HR management team and into across HR integrated HR solutions.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent

Accreditations/Certifications/Licenses (Preferred)

- Certification in Alternative Dispute Resolution -required

- Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) - preferred

Minimum number of years required for entry to this job - 6 years

Human Resources - Professional experience with direct responsibility for a minimum of three (3) years in Employee/Labour Relations or Human Resources Services

Standard Proficiency in Microsoft Power Point, Word

Basic Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Must be a current member of FEC management or LEAP/EXCEL endorsed

Additional Details: The position is open to all employees in Canada. The successful candidate must relocate to HQ (Mississauga) or be based in any location within Eastern Canada.
