Mgr Enterprise Business Services Operations
Description
Plan, organize, direct and control revenue, disbursements, and/or procurement operations activities for the company.
Essential Responsibilities
- Management responsibilities including, but not limited to, hiring, terminations, coaching, skills development, recognition and rewards, performance management, staff productivity, and develop and manage department budget.
- Effectively leads revenue operations (including care and custody of remittance, receivables, other financial assets, operating banking activities, credit and collections, credit card and cash receipts), disbursements or procurement operations (including the requisitioning and payment process for goods and services, inventory management and transactional sourcing/buying).
- Develops and maintains "best in class" financial processes and performance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business, accounting, finance, supply chain management or related quantitative discipline.
Minimum Experience
Five (5) years experience customer contact experience and proven ability to interact with sales, legal, marketing and customer service.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Working knowledge of computer terms, procedures and techniques.
In depth knowledge of global operations and features of service, collection techniques, commercial credit analysis, receivables and accounting experience. Demonstrated strong pc skills including knowledge of advanced Microsoft Access/Excel applications and Financial Analysis, Resource Modeling and Risk Management.
Demonstrated ability to identify and analyze complex issues and participate in the development and implementation of effective solutions.
Strong basic management, human relations, negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Operational Experience, Revenue Systems knowledge, Transformational, Vendor Management, Process Improvement experience

Pay: This position is located in Memphis, TN. Relocation and Sponsorship may be available depending on business needs.
