Mgr Enterprise People Analytics
Description
The Manager of Enterprise People Analytics will lead a team of analysts that support the entire Federal Express Corporation (FEC). This role will be responsible for designing and executing advanced analytics and data science projects and programs that will help positively impact the HR team and the overall business, while proactively collaborating with executives, managers and key stakeholders across the organization. This role will be responsible for building advanced analytics capabilities on top of all HR technology, including Workday and the Labor Insights Platform, to benefit our employees and the People Team.
The Manager of Enterprise Analytics is also responsible for our data strategy for the Enterprise People Analytics team. This manager will partner with engineering teams to oversee the development and operationalization of the Labor Insights Platform (LIP). This platform will be the single source of truth for labor data for the FedEx enterprise and will be used to drive actionable insights, optimize decision-making, and enhance overall business performance, while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and security to protect sensitive information.
- Oversee the end-to-end planning and implementation in partnership with engineering of LIP to establish a single source of truth for labor data across the enterprise, with security and compliance embedded in all stages.
- Prioritize and oversee the integration and ingestion of robust labor data, maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
- Ensure the development and implementation of robust security frameworks and governance practices to protect sensitive labor data.
- Lead the data democratization strategy for labor data ensuring the organization is meeting customer needs will ensuring data governance is top of mind.
- Be the thought leader for our business leaders by serving as the SME on people analytics practices, market trends, people metrics, operational processes, systems, and tools and embrace technology to provide innovative, high-touch, scalable solutions that provide an exceptional candidate and employee experience.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement, and lead efforts to harness the power of data to drive informed decision-making, and the ability calculate the ROI of your work.
- Apply expertise in quantitative and qualitative analysis and the presentation of data to see beyond the data to help inform, influence, support, and execute business decisions for Sr. Leadership and HR Team.
- Project manage and lead internal initiatives. Successfully manage multiple priorities under tight time frames.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business, human resource management, industrial organizational psychology or data science.
Minimum Experience
Five (5) years related experience.
Domicile Information:
This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient in reporting, dashboards, and advanced analytics.
- Experience with other data analytics tools and programming languages (e.g., Databricks, Azure, SQL, Python) is a plus. Experience with predictive modeling is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.
- Experience in managing product lifecycles, including planning, execution, and continuous improvement, preferably with HR technology.
Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $8,007.29/month - $14,413.11/month
