Manage a team that supports the CDIO and the Data & Technology organization's strategic plans through effective stakeholder and team member engagement at all levels

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Demonstrated leadership ability and experience successfully leading teams and/or cross-organizational projects, even when faced with high levels of ambiguity and autonomy.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively to build and maintain productive relationships across organizational stakeholders and global teams.
  • Experience working closely with leadership to understand their vision and translate into effective stakeholder engagement deliverables, while also utilizing feedback channels focused on continuous improvement and leadership effectiveness.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, problem structuring, and problem-solving skills. Strong human relations and exceptional organizational skills. 

 

Essential Functions

  • Manages relationships with executive leadership to build trust, with a shared focus on effectively engaging team members to drive awareness and understanding of vision and direction of organization
  • Works collaboratively to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders and cross-organizational teams, to effectively understand key priorities, milestones, dependencies, risks, and more
  • Oversees development and execution of strategic engagement plans and executive reporting channels, including effectively managing leadership recognition programs, engagement channels, and feedback surveys, to integrate quantitative and qualitative analysis and recommendations for senior leadership
  • Screens plans and inputs for strategic fit and feasibility prior to presentation to senior and executive leadership
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Minimum Education

Bachelor’s Degree/equivalent in business administration or related discipline.

Minimum Experience

Five to eight (5-8) years of experience in program management in a business environment or strategy consulting with a demonstrated strong understanding of business and financial planning functions. Two (2) years of experience as a leader or a senior member of multi-functional teams.

  • Strong management, business acumen, human relations, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent analytical and communication (written and verbal) abilities.
  • Proven ability to lead people and manage executive-level programs.
  • Ability to drive strategic initiatives and deliver impactful business outcomes.


Preferred Qualifications:  

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $9,208.38/month - $16,575.08/month
