Description
This position provides support for the development, implementation and administration of Executive Compensation programs and policies. Provides analysis and recommendations to the board of directors compensation committee regarding executive and Board of Directors pay.
Essential Functions
- Management responsibilities include, but are not limited to: hiring, terminations, coaching, skills development, recognition and rewards, performance management, staff productivity and develop and manage department budget.
- Researches and analyzes competitive pay for executives and Board of Directors pay.
- Supports analysis and administration of equity awards.
- Responsible for analysis and administration of long term incentive program.
- Manages executive benefits programs.
- Developing and presenting executive level reports to Executive Leadership and Compensation Committees
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Human Resources or related area
Minimum Experience
Five years (5) of experience in compensation analysis and planning. Experience in executive and Board of Directors compensation required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Analytical skills with advanced knowledge of tools for modeling and data to assist HR with pay programs.
- Strong ability to use analytics to tell a story with insights and trends.
- Ability to anticipate and identify problems and use sound judgment and fact-based analysis to develop effective and efficient solutions.
- Verbal and written communication skills necessary to communicate with and influence all levels of employees, including top leadership.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities and projects is essential.
- Ability to inspire a shared vision and empower and motivate a team.
- Understanding of the industry, marketplace and possible trends that may affect business outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Global Executive and Equity compensation.
Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay: TX Pay Range: $10,231.53/monthly - $13,812.57/monthly; TN Pay Range: $9,719.96/monthly - $13,121.94/monthly; PA Pay Range: $10,231.53/monthly - $13,812.57/monthly
Additional Details: The desired locations for this hybrid position are Plano, TX; Memphis, TN; Pittsburgh, PA. Candidates must live within a 50 mile radius and required to work at a FedEx Campus several times per week. Deadline: 1/27/25 12 pm CT. (E29)
