POSITION OVERVIEW:
Provides strategic leadership for enterprise file and document systems, ensuring secure, compliant and scalable information management
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Oversee enterprise file storage and document management platforms, ensuring secure, reliable and scalable solutions for business needs
2. Establish governance standards, access controls and lifecycle management practices to maintain compliance and data integrity
3. Monitor platform usage, storage capacity and performance metrics, implementing enhancements to improve efficiency and user adoption
4. Collaborate with security, legal and business stakeholders to ensure file and document solutions align with regulatory requirements and enterprise policies
5. Manage, lead, and develop a high-performing file and document management team fostering technical expertise, accountability and continuous improvement
6. Perform other duties as assigned
7. Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, computer science, or related field
Five (5) years of experience in document management, file storage, or enterprise collaboration platforms
Proven expertise in enterprise content management (ECM), file-sharing platforms, and document lifecycle policies
Knowledge of access control, compliance regulations, and secure collaboration practices
Strategic and organizational skills to ensure secure, efficient and compliant management of enterprise file and document systems
Strong analytical skills to monitor usage, identify risks and implement process improvements for content management
Effective communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with stakeholders across IT, security and business teams
