Mgr International Tax
Description
Manage assigned international tax processes and implementation of tax policies pertaining to foreign operations.
Essential Functions
- Direct and lead a team of international tax professionals.
- Assigned processes may include U.S. tax compliance of foreign operations, transfer pricing, local country income tax support/analysis, and local country controversy support.
- Implementation of tax strategies to optimize the Company’s global tax position.
- Prepare and maintain required documentation for discussion with management and external auditors.
- Ensure adherence to department policies regarding managing, updating and ensuring tax work is in compliance with required SOX control objectives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related discipline.
Related experience may offset degree requirements and related education/degree may offset experience requirements.
Minimum Experience
Five (5) years of relevant tax/finance experience with significant exposure to international taxation.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Significant process management experience in a large organization.
Strong management, human relations and communications skills.
Job Conditions
Some travel required
Preferred Qualifications: Software experience using CorpTax, Oracle, Alteryx, Research, writing, and presentation experience, The ability to multi-task, work independently, develop new ideas and take ownership of projects

Pay: $9,719.96 USD per month - $13,121.94 USD per month
Additional Details: The desired location for this position would be Collierville, TN. This position may be eligible for relocation. Please submit applications by end of business 11/21/25.
