Description
Determines the demand for products and services offered by the organization by managing marketing programs and research and analyses. We’re building something new and bold. As our Manager of Marketing Technology, you’ll play a pivotal role in standing up a modern, scalable marketing and customer service ecosystem. This is a rare opportunity to architect the MarTech foundation for FedEx Freight poised to reshape the industry. You’ll lead a team and collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, IT, and Data teams to build the right infrastructure, processes, and platforms to power data-driven growth, personalization, and performance at scale.
Manage and mentor a high-performing team of MarTech professionals focused on automation, analytics, CRM, campaign ops, customer service and digital platforms.
Essential Functions
- May be responsible for a market segment including development, marketing research and analyses, pricing and advertising.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Additional Job Specific Information
- Lead the development and execution of our marketing technology and customer service roadmap.
- Select, implement, and optimize best-in-class marketing tools and platforms (e.g., MAP, CRM, CDP, DAM, analytics, attribution, and personalization engines).
- Serve as a strategic partner to marketing, customer service, sales, IT, and data teams.
- Own the technical integration of MarTech and Customer Service systems with internal infrastructure and data sources, prioritizing flexibility, security, and scale.
- Ensure seamless tech integrations and enabling unified customer experiences.
- Build and evolve data flows across platforms, ensuring proper tagging, governance, and real-time access to actionable insights.
- Establish strong vendor relationships and manage contracts, SLAs, and renewals.
- Evangelize innovation across the org.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business, finance, marketing or other directly related discipline.
Minimum Experience
Five (5) years directly related experience in planning and analyses.
More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements. A related Master’s Degree equals two (2) years experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Demonstrated computer skills.
Strong basic management, human relations, communication and analytical skills.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay: US Pay Range: $9,208.38/month - $16,575.08/month
Additional Details: Position will be remote excluding AK, HI and US territories with desired locations in Memphis, TN, or Harrison, AR. Depending on your location, you may be required to work at a FedEx Campus location several times per week. (E29)
