Description

Determines the demand for products and services offered by the organization by managing marketing programs and research and analyses.

Essential Functions

• May be responsible for a market segment including development, marketing research and analyses, pricing and advertising.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business, finance, marketing or other directly related discipline.

Minimum Experience

Five (5) years directly related experience in planning and analyses.

More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements. A related Master’s Degree equals two (2) years experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Demonstrated computer skills.

Strong basic management, human relations, communication and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications: This manager will lead one of two Freight product marketing teams. The focus will be on growing the LTL business segment along with establishing new value adds and product enhancements to the portfolio. This manager will need to be creative and flexible and able to generate new ideas that generate growth and enhance the customer experience.

Additional Details: This position will be hybrid in Memphis, TN or Harrison, AK, and candidates must live within a 50 mile radius. This position is hybrid, meaning that employees will be required to work at a FedEx Campus location several times per week.
