Mgr Marketing
Description
Determines the demand for products and services offered by the organization by managing marketing programs and research and analyses.
Essential Functions
- May be responsible for a market segment including development, marketing research and analyses, pricing and advertising.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business, finance, marketing or other directly related discipline.
Minimum Experience
Five (5) years directly related experience in planning and analyses.
More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements. A related Master’s Degree equals two (2) years experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Demonstrated computer skills.
Strong basic management, human relations, communication and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Strong strategy, segment marketing, and solution development experience, particularly in global products or healthcare. Candidates should have team management experience, a solid business acumen, and proficiency in data analysis. Excellent communication & storytelling skills are essential, the ability to develop strategic roadmaps. Creative content presentation & a broad professional network are valuable. Experience in project development, QDM techniques, and healthcare market understanding is beneficial

Additional Details: This is a hybrid position. Employees will be required to work onsite several times weekly.
