Description
Strategic leader with a proven ability to drive business growth by managing multiple initiatives in complex, fast‑changing environments. Brings deep expertise in strategic project management to lead the Commercial Project Management for our Global Air Freight (GAF) program. Experience of managing a team of direct reports and abilty to partner closely with Senior Vice Presidents and Vice Presidents across the enterprise to orchestrate the delivery of critical commercial initiatives, spanning Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, End-to-End Customer Experience (CX), and Custom Solutions & RFQ Rapid Solutioning. Experience of delivering high-value tactical plans, rapid customer solutioning, and accelerated revenue growth across key industry verticals. Demonstrates strong foresight and resilience, anticipating challenges and navigating them to achieve critical strategic outcomes. Adept at leading complex portfolio development programs with clarity and influence, ensuring on‑time delivery and realization of targeted benefits.
Preferred Skills and Abilities:
• Extensive experience in strategy, program management preferably within transportation, logistics, or related industries.Knowledge of the international air freight market is a plus.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience, including managing, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
• Proven track record influencing senior leaders and driving cross-functional decision-making through clear, data-backed recommendations.
• Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to connect operational details to enterprise-level implications and to coach others to do the same.
• Strong business and financial acumen, including comfort with business cases, scenario modeling etc.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives, manage multiple high-priority efforts, and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
• Superior communication and executive storytelling skills, including the ability to craft and deliver compelling presentations at all levels of the organization and to mentor team members in these skills.
• High degree of self-direction, adaptability, and resilience, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and create clarity and focus for the team.
• Experience building and scaling teams, including hiring, onboarding, and creating team norms and operating mechanisms.
Experience in international transportation, global networks, or product strategy.
Experience leading complex global programs
Demonstrated business results (proven revenue and profit growth experience)
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business, finance, marketing or other directly related discipline.
Minimum Experience
Five (5) years directly related experience in planning and analyses.
More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements. A related Master’s Degree equals two (2) years experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Demonstrated computer skills.
Strong basic management, human relations, communication and analytical skills.

Pay: The pay range is: $9,719.96/mo - $16,523.93/mo
Additional Details: This position will be hybrid in Memphis, TN and candidates must live within a 50 mile radius. This position is hybrid, meaning employees will be required to work at a FedEx Campus location four (4) times per week.
