Mgr Packaging Services Operations
Description
Plans, organizes, directs, and oversees packaging services personnel and activities across all facets of the operation as assigned, including functions related to warehousing, shipping and/or disposal, shipment recovery, research, customer support, and claims, to ensure the accomplishment of local, departmental and corporate goals and objectives.

Plans, organizes, directs, and oversees packaging services personnel and activities across all facets of the operation as assigned, including functions related to warehousing, shipping and/or disposal, shipment recovery, research, customer support, and claims, to ensure the accomplishment of local, departmental and corporate goals and objectives.
Perform other duties as assigned.

You’ll work across multiple disciplines, including: Manufacturing & Warehousing, Process Improvement (Six Sigma, Lean) Preventative Maintenance, Shipping & Disposal.

Experience with process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean preferred)
Knowledge of manufacturing or warehouse operations

Ability to collaborate effectively in a small team setting
Minimum Education
Bachelor’s Degree/equivalent.
Minimum Experience
Three (3) years related business experience including two (2) years experience in customer service, shipment recovery/research or a warehouse/distribution environment.
Demonstrated experience in either customer service systems, warehousing, shipment research, or claims processing. More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements. A related Master’s Degree equals two (2) years experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to handle fast paced environment, stressful customer situations and work variable shifts. Strong basic management, analytical, human relations, and excellent written/verbal communication skills.

Pay: 6,511.62 - 10,744.16
