Mgr Payroll

Description

Plans, organizes and controls the payroll function ensuring accurate and timely disbursement of wages in compliance with policies and procedures and applicable regulatory requirements.

Essential Functions

• Ensures accurate payments of federal, state and local payroll taxes and corporate liabilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in finance or related field required.

Minimum Experience

Five (5) years experience in Accounting, Payroll, or related area, including leadership experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Knowledge of payroll related laws, regulations and systems.

Strong analytical, communications and human relations skills.

Preferred Qualifications: Strong collaboration skills. Experience strategically prioritizing multiple projects. Employee development, accountability, and coaching skills. Time management and ability to meet deadlines consistently. ERP system implementation or testing experience. Experience with global payroll processes and controls. Spanish, Portuguese, or French language is a nice-to-have.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the salary information represents the job level minimum and the job level maximum. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $7,488.36/month - $10,444.28/month.

Additional Details: This position will be hybrid in Collierville, TN, Dallas, TX or Pittsburgh, PA. Candidates must live within a reasonable commutable distance. Relocation assistance may be available based upon business needs.
