POSITION OVERVIEW:

Defines the vision, strategy, and roadmap for sales applications / CRM platforms, ensuring tools empower sellers with actionable insights, next-best actions, and seamless workflows that enable efficient execution and measurable revenue growth.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for CRM platforms, leveraging tools such as Salesforce Sales Cloud, MuleSoft, and APIs to enable secure, scalable, and data-driven sales operations

2. Prioritize product roadmap and features in alignment with business and customer needs, balancing near-term delivery with long-term scalability

3. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and data teams to design and implement integrations between CRM, data platforms, and marketing tools that enhance automation, reporting and analytics

4. Monitor adoption, usage, and performance metrics through dashboards and analytics tools to guide product decisions and improvements

5. Serve as the POC for business stakeholders, managing dependencies, sequencing, and release planning across Salesforce and connected systems

6. Support product owners and analysts in backlog refinement and translation of business requirements into actionable user stories

7. Communicate roadmap updates, performance outcomes, and key trade-offs to business and executive stakeholders

8. Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.

9. Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, information systems, or related field

• Five (5) years of experience in product management, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems, or sales enablement technologies

• Proven experience managing CRM platforms such as Salesforce Sales Cloud, including configuration, workflows, and integration with other enterprise systems

• Awareness of integration technologies such as MuleSoft, APIs, and enterprise data platforms used to enable CRM connectivity and analytics

• Familiarity with web frameworks (React, Angular, Node.js), APIs, and integration with backend services

• Understanding of sales analytics, forecasting, and pipeline management tools

• Experience framing trade-offs between customization, configuration, and scalability in sales platforms

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Strategic product management skills to define vision and deliver high-value sales capabilities
