Job Profile Summary
Defines, develops and maintains the corporate tactical and strategic real estate and facilities long-range plan in support of the corporate mission critical success factors and requirements of the future global system form; can include real estate negotiations involving the purchase, lease and sublease of land and buildings.
Essential Functions
- Initiates all facility-related projects for implementation, including planning, organizing, directing and controlling key disciplines for the program and project management of all facilities and material handling systems in both corporate and field locations.
- Provides project management support to the department and other divisions as required.
- Controls and plans the design and construction of facilities and sort systems to meet the short and long-range plans.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree/equivalent in engineering, architecture, planning, finance, business or or related technical discipline.
Minimum Experience
Five (5) years related experience in sort, property management, building or real estate development, space and facility planning and construction estimation.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of statistical analysis, scheduling, system form evaluations and modeling techniques and tools. Strong basic management, human relations and communication skills. Exceptional problem-solving skills.
Job Conditions
