Description
Job Duties
Sets strategies which lead to the transformation of business processes and operational tools to enable global excellence. Plans, organize, direct, and control the performance of worldwide strategic business projects for senior and executive management.
Minimum Education
Bachelors degree/equivalent. Business, engineering, computer science or other quantitative discipline preferred.
Minimum Education
Five (5) years related experience, preferably in management consulting, internal audit, finance, public accounting, engineering, or information systems analysis/planning plus two (2) years of management experience in the last five (5) years OR completion of AiM (internal development program).
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Proficiency in various computer applications required. Strong basic management, human relations, project management, analytical and communication skills required.
Minimum Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related quantitative discipline.
Minimum Experience
Five (5) years of relevant experience and one (1) year of management experience within the last five years.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $8,007.29/month - $14,413.11/month Colorado Pay Range: $8,452.14/month - $13,812.57/month New York Pay Range: $8,452.14/month - $14,413.11/month New York City Pay Range: $10,676.38/month - $14,413.11/month
Additional Details: This position may be located anywhere within the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii and US territories. Depending on your location, you may be required to work at a FedEx Campus location several times per week
