Essential Functions
- Planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the performance of worldwide strategic business projects for senior and executive management
- Select, train, develop, and motivate a staff of exempt employees and assist in managing the departments operations budget
- Identifying, analyzing, and developing solutions to significant business issues impacting the company
- Program management of key cross-divisional projects to ensure deliverables are achieved as designed
- Ensure the quality of information and presentations to external customers on issues pertaining to quality technology systems
- Evaluating the effectiveness of the company’s quality system and any new business or process improvement initiatives and presenting recommendations to senior management
- Lead high-level cross-functional projects to resolve significant business issues and implement worldwide quality business or process improvement systems
- Direct efforts to report and analyze business trends affecting service and the overall quality systems of the company
- Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related quantitative discipline.
Minimum Experience
Five (5) years of relevant experience and one (1) year of management experience within the last five years.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Management, human relations, project management, analytical, and communication skills. Proficiency in various computer applications is essential.
Job Conditions
Some travel required.
Preferred Qualifications: Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s in healthcare administration, quality management, or related field; Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred. Minimum 5 years leading improvement initiatives in healthcare logistics, supply chain, or business. Strong analytical and presentation skills for senior management. Knowledge of FDA/regulatory standards and ability to turn data into action. Excellent communication and collaboration to drive continuous quality improvement.
Pay Transparency:
Pay: US Pay Range: $9,208.38/month - $20,872.33/month (E29)
Additional Details: The desired locations are Los Angeles, CA or Newark, NJ. This position may be located anywhere within the US excluding AK, HI and US territories. Depending on your location, you may be required to work at a FedEx Campus location several times per week.
