Mgr. Sales – Field Deployed

Description

Achieves assigned district goals through the effective management of a sales team. Plans, executes and over sees sales activities.

Essential Functions

• Provide daily leadership and guidance in the areas of training, coaching and development.

• Call on selected accounts with sales representatives.

• Strong basic management, human relations and communications skills.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree/equivalent.

Minimum Experience Five (5) years experience in commercial/ industrial sales, or two (2) years sales management.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Strong basic management, human relations and communications skills.

Job Conditions

Some travel required.

Preferred Qualifications: This is a customer facing role that requires regular in-person meetings. Candidates must live within a 50-mile radius of Menands, Syracuse, Albany, NY or Burlington, VT or surrounding cities within the territory.

Pay: $7,890.00-$20,240.00/monthly
