Mgr Sales
Description
Achieves assigned district goals through the effective management of a sales team. Plans, executes and oversees sales activities.
Essential Functions
- Provide daily leadership and guidance in the areas of training, coaching and development.
- Call on selected accounts with sales representatives.
- Strong basic management, human relations and communications skills.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree/equivalent.
Minimum Experience
Five (5) years experience in commercial/ industrial sales, or two (2) years sales management.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Preferred Qualifications: Experience managing and coaching sales professionals. International Logistics Sales experience

Pay: $7,890.00 - $20,240.00/monthly
Additional Details: This position will be domiciled in the Greater Chicago, IL area. Other surrounding locations will be considered. The candidate must be domiciled within 50 miles of the listed sales territory.
