Description
Minimum Education
High School diploma/GED.
Minimum Experience
One year experience in FedEx supervisory/lead roles, ex. Ramp agent/Ops Lead/Team Lead OR
Two years management experience (for external candidates) OR
Completion of a certified internal leadership development program, including AiM. OR
Bachelor's degree OR
Twelve months general FedEx operations experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to successfully complete dg specialist training and to interpret legal documentation regarding hazardous shipments, if required. Strong basic management, human relations and communications skills.
Job Conditions
Non-covered safety sensitive position; ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
