Description
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Leads the Testing and Quality Assurance (QA) chapter, defining standards, promoting best practices, and developing QA professionals embedded in product teams
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Establish and maintain testing and QA standards, methodologies and best practices across the organization
2. Lead the Testing/QA chapter, creating a peer network to share knowledge, coach QA professionals, and support capability building
3. Organize workshops, training sessions, and design reviews to foster knowledge sharing and adoption of QA best practices
4. Partner with product, engineering, and DevSecOps teams to ensure consistent quality practices across all products and pods
5. Monitor adoption of QA standards and practices, identify gap and drive continuous improvement initiatives
6. Manage, lead, and develop a team of high-performing QA professionals fostering skill growth and collaboration
7. Perform other duties as assigned
8. Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures
QUALIFICATIONS:
⦁ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or a related field
⦁ Five (5) years of experience in software testing, QA, or quality engineering leadership
⦁ Proven expertise in defining testing strategies, QA methodologies, and standards across large-scale software environments
⦁ Experience mentoring, coaching or developing QA professionals
⦁ Strong knowledge of test automation, functional and non-functional testing and software development lifecycle best practices
⦁ Experience building communities of practice or competency networks to share knowledge, standardize practices and advance capabilities
⦁ Strong leadership and coaching skills to develop QA professionals and enable peer learning networks
⦁ Strategic thinking to align QA practices with enterprise delivery goals

Pay Transparency: The compensation listed reflects the pay range/rate of pay reasonably expected for this position. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, pay information represents the min/max range for all levels. Actual pay is determined by job-related factors permitted by law, such as relevant experience. Pay: Pay Range: $103,880.00 - $181,790.00 per year
