Former Capt. U.S. Navy Reserve

For many years, Frechell was able to thrive and grow in two roles – a payroll analyst for FedEx and a Captain in the U.S. Navy Reserve. During this time, she obtained two advanced degrees and was the recipient of our Five Star Award, the highest honor we award.

Marvin joined FedEx in 2016 and immediately began applying his military experience to help lead veteran’s initiatives and programs. He was also recently honored by the National Veterans Museum and Memorial.
