Description
Responsible for Network Operations Control, Freight Management Centre, this role ensures the efficient and timely processing of shipments by overseeing daily freight operations and logistics coordination.
The position involves monitoring performance, resolving issues, managing resources, and implementing process improvements to enhance overall operational effectiveness.
Key Role:
Network Performance Monitoring: Oversee real-time monitoring of network operations to ensure optimal performance and swift issue resolution.
Incident Management: Manage and coordinate responses to network incidents and disruptions to minimize impact and restore operations promptly.
Operational Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to align network operations with organizational goals and ensure seamless integration of systems.
Data Analysis: Analyze network performance data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
Compliance Oversight: Ensure network operations adhere to organizational policies, industry regulations, and security standards.
Freight Operations Oversight: Oversee the daily operations of the Freight Management Center to ensure efficient and timely processing of shipments.
Logistics Coordination: Coordinate logistics and freight activities to align with organizational goals and ensure smooth transportation and delivery processes.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of freight management operations.
Experience:
Five (5) years of relevant work experience
Education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or related
field
