Administrator ds. Celnych
Do zadań zatrudnionej osoby należeć będzie:
- kompletowanie dokumentacji celnej niezbędnej przy imporcie/exporcie towarów
- wprowadzanie aktualnych danych do systemów celnych i utrzymanie wymaganych standardów jakości
- telefoniczna i e-mailowa obsługa klientów wewnętrznych i zewnętrznych
- przygotowywanie raportów i zestawień
Oczekiwania:
- wykształcenie min. średnie
- znajomość języka angielskiego w stopniu komunikatywnym (min B1)
- zaangażowanie i odpowiedzialność
- łatwość nawiązywania kontaktów, wysoka kultura osobista
- mile widziana znajomość zagadnień spedycyjnych, transportowych i celnych
