Operations Support Agent - Associate

Miejsce pracy: Przecław ul. Kasztanowa 6P

Zakres obowiązków:

  • prowadzenie kontroli pracy kurierów
  • sporządzanie raportów na potrzeby działu
  • przyjmowanie zleceń i przekazywanie ich do realizacji kurierom
  • monitorowanie terminowej realizacji zleceń
  • obsługa serwisu dokumentów zwrotnych
  • wprowadzanie danych do systemu
  • obsługa Klientów w oddziale

Profil kandydata:

  • wykształcenie średnie
  • znajomość obsługi komputera (MS Office)
  • umiejętność szybkiego pisania na komputerze
  • podstawowa znajomość j. angielskiego
  • dokładność, sumienność i rzetelność w wykonywaniu obowiązków
  • odporność na stres
  • mile widziane doświadczenie w branży transportowej oraz doświadczenie w sporządzaniu raportów kasowych
